If you experience any issue with your purchase, we provide a fair and transparent return and warranty process under the following terms and conditions:
Return Window
You may return most items within seven (7) days from the date of delivery or purchase. Please review the eligibility and warranty conditions below before returning any product.
Eligible Items for Exchange
You may request an exchange if your item meets any of the following criteria:
- Defective upon arrival (non-functional or not operating as intended, excluding physical damage).
- Incorrect item received (different from what was ordered).
- On-hand stocks – exchange is allowed if unsatisfied (no cash refunds).
Ineligible Items for Return or Exchange
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- Items that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
- Items with missing parts, manuals, or original packaging.
- Items marked as non-returnable on the product page.
- Digital/downloadable products (software, e-books, licenses).
- Order-basis items, unless verified as defective by our technical team.
Warranty Terms & Conditions
To ensure clarity and fairness, please take note of the following:
- No warranty slip, no replacement.
- Tampered warranty seal, unauthorized repair, or misuse automatically voids the warranty.
- Warranty claims are on a carry-in basis only and are valid within the specified warranty period.
- Monitor Warranty:
- 1 to 6 dead pixels – considered good (as per supplier policy).
- 7 or more dead pixels – considered defective and eligible for pullout/replacement.
- No cash refunds. Only replacement of the same item or equivalent value is allowed.
- Damage or product swapping may be done within 7 days from the date of purchase.
- Only merchandise in complete packaging and unused condition will be accepted for replacement.
- No warranty for software-related problems.
- Check all purchased items before leaving the store.
Once the Delivery Receipt (DR) is signed, the customer acknowledges that all items received are complete and correct.
Warranty Exclusions (Void if any of the following apply):
This warranty shall be void if:
- The product has been damaged due to negligence, mishandling, improper installation, or unauthorized modification.
- The product is affected by acts of third parties, accidents, fire, flood, lightning, power surge, power outage, or any other cause beyond the control of Ivantech Electronic-Center and CCTV Trading.
Damaged Items Upon Delivery
If your order arrives with visible damage:

Please note that items with physical damage caused by mishandling or improper use are not covered by warranty and are not eligible for exchange or refund.
Return Process
- Request a Return Authorization (RA) within 7 days by contacting our team via phone or email.
- Repack the item securely in its original packaging with all included accessories.
- Include the RA number and proof of purchase (receipt or delivery slip).

Return Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are shouldered by the customer, unless the item is confirmed defective or incorrect upon delivery.
- We recommend using a trackable and insured courier to avoid loss or damage during return transit.
Refunds & Exchanges
- No cash refunds — only replacement with the same item or equivalent value.
- Exchanges are processed within 1–2 business days after inspection and approval.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of verified product defect or incorrect delivery.
